Specification changes to fix the pager bug on the news archive page

【Contents of the fix】
■In order to fix the problem of the pager of the news archive page, the specification has been changed as follows.
【Before the change】
The number of articles to be displayed is set in TCD Theme Options > News > “Number of articles to be displayed on the news archive page”.
【After the change】
Set the number of articles to be displayed in Display Settings > “Maximum number of posts to be displayed on a page” (common setting with Posted Articles)
As a result, the TCD theme option “Number of posts to display on the announcement archive page” will be discontinued.
