Fixed multiple bugs

■【iPhone】Fixed a bug that the Hatena bookmark icon does not appear on the share button in the fixed footer bar.
■Fixed a bug in the table function (TinyMCE’s table function) included in the visual mode of Classic Editor.
(Dealing with the error of not finding the URL to load the JavaScript file.)
■Minor fixes in theme options.
■Fixed a bug in TCD theme > Header > Header Settings > Background color is not reflected when fixed.
(Global Menu Settings > Fixed background color was applied, but it has been integrated into the above item.)
