Multiple bug fixes

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed an error related to the login judgment in the comment section.
■Corresponded to the specification change of social button type 5 (official button) “Facebook Like Button”.
■Removed “Google+” from the settings of social buttons that are no longer in service.
■Page builder has been updated.
・【Firefox, IE】Fixed the problem of Google map display instability.
・Fixed the problem of switching editors and adjusted CSS in WordPress 5.5.
・Fixed a bug that the checkbox of the block border was removed when duplicating a block.
・Fixed other minor bugs.
■Adjusted the style of the top page free space.
■【iPhone】Fixed a bug that the Hatena bookmark icon does not appear on the share button in the fixed footer bar.
