Multiple bug fixes

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug that the background color of the content in the content builder “Design Content 2” was not reflected only between 750-850px in device width.
■Fixed a bug in the “Team” custom post type settings where the previous post link would be displayed even if the “Show next post and previous post links” checkbox was unchecked.
■Fixed a bug that the black background is displayed between the header content and the video when the video (mp4, YouTube) is set as the header content on the top page.
■Fixed a bug that the bottom margin of the carousel slider on the top page disappears when the date and category are hidden.
■Fixed a minor bug.
