Multiple bug fixes / specification changes

【Details of fixes】
【Common to Welcart version and WooCommerce version】
■Changed the specification of footer content “Instagram content”.
　Changed the specification from original specification to using plugin. For details on how to set up the plugin, please refer to the download site.
■Fixed a bug that the header carousel on the top page did not switch automatically.
■Fixed the bug that the mp4 video set in the header content of the top page (for mobile) was not displayed on smartphones.
■Fixed an error in some HTML tags.

【Welcart version】
■Fixed the bug that the article title of “BLOG” in the global menu is not displayed correctly on the member registration and login screens.

【WooCommerce version】
■Updated WooCommerce template files.
■Fixed a bug in the global menu “BLOG” post title in the member registration and login screens.
