Multiple bug fixes

【Contents of the fix】
■Changed the output method of the title.
■Fixed the problem that the theme options are not saved due to PHP limit setting.
■Fixed a bug that the loading screen does not end when the global menu is not set.
■Fixed a bug that catchphrase is not displayed when only image is set to slider 1 in header content “Image Slider”.
■Fixed an issue where the text size setting of the subtitle (for smartphones) in the header content “Parallax Slider” was not reflected.
■Fixed a bug that the catchphrase setting in the header content “Parallax Slider” would not display for smartphones unless the catchphrase for PC was set.
■Fixed an issue where the text size and color settings in the “Logo and Catchphrase” loading screen were not reflected.
■Fixed a bug that articles are not displayed in the category archive page of custom post type “FAQ”.
■Fixed a bug that tags are displayed as text on the archive page when tags are used in the body of custom post types “Service” and “Campaign”.
■Support SSL.
■【IE11】Fixed a bug that the layout of the top page “Box Contents” and footer “Banner Contents” may be corrupted.
