Fixed multiple bugs

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug in which the date display setting of the custom post “Campaign” was not reflected on the top page.
■Fixed an issue where the layout of the category display section of the course archive page would sometimes be broken when viewed from a smartphone.
■Fixed a bug that unnecessary text may be displayed in the footer when viewed from a smartphone.
■Fixed a bug that the layout sometimes collapses in IE.
■Fix for PHP7 support.
