Added color setting function and adjusted display style of fixed pages
【Contents of the correction】
■Adjusted the display style when double-byte characters are entered into the “Header Image Heading” in the fixed page templates 1 to 3.
■Added the setting field of “Font color of header and footer” to the color setting.
■Added support for changing the color of the cursor displayed in the background when “Catch Phrase” is selected in Top Page > Box 3 of the 2nd Contents.
