Multiple optimization tweaks and bug fixes

【Contents of fixes and feature additions】
■Added a configurable image size (square 2×2) for the header content “Grid Images”.
※The number of grid placement patterns has increased with this fix.
■Fixed a bug where CSS was not reflected in the header content “Slider”.
■Fixed an issue where the alternative image in the header content “Video” could not be changed.
■Adjusted the responsive specification of the header content “Video”.
■Added widget space “Program Page”.
※With this fix, it is now possible to place separate widgets on the top page and the program page.
■Fixed a bug in the original “Banner List 1” widget.
■Fixed the description of the update notification file.
