Fixed bug in displaying the number of comments and adjusted theme options

【Contents of the fix】
■Theme Options > Display only “Banner Image 3 (Landscape Size)” in the ad banner settings.
■Fixed a bug that the same number (the number of all comments) is displayed in all comment balloons in Dashboard > Comments > Comment List.
■Changed the wording of theme options (“Theme Options” -> “TCD Theme Options”)
