Multiple bug fixes and display style adjustments

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixes to the document structure on pages that do not output H2 elements.
■Theme Options > Top Page > Header Content Settings
・Fixed a bug that “Color over image” was not reflected.
・Fixed a bug that the display style of catchphrases differed depending on whether “Link URL” was set or not.
■Fixed a bug that the input items in the theme options were sometimes translated automatically.
■Adjusted the display style of the project category menu and category bar (main color applied).
■Fixed the font set when Theme Options > Font Type for Headings > Yu-Gothic is selected.
