Support for PHP version 5.3 and 5.4 series and multiple fixes

【Contents of fixes】
■Fixes to resolve errors that were occurring in PHP versions 5.3 and 5.4
■Adjusted the setting field of the fixed footer bar for smartphones.
■Fixed the code of OGP function.
※Fixed the path of the alternative image used when the eye catch image does not exist.
■Fixes to the page builder function.
・Added “Space below (for smartphones)” to “Row” and “Content” settings.
※With this fix, it is now possible to set the margins specifically for smartphones.
・Fixed the bug that “Row Background Color” is not applied when the “Row” is not a single column.
