Fixed multiple bugs and theme option wording

【Contents of fix】
■Fixed a bug that caused the background color and some of the menu items to be displayed outside the display area when scrolling on the iPhone.
■Fixed a bug in the setting of “Contents to be displayed below the staff list” on the top page of Theme Options.
(When “Image 1” is not set, all items below it are not displayed.
■Fixed a bug that widgets placed in the “Top Page (for smartphones)” widget were not displayed.
■Changed the wording of theme options (“Theme Options” -> “TCD Theme Options”)
■Added OGP setting function to theme options (Facebook/Twitter).
■Updated quick tags and quick tag configuration files.
