Fixed multiple bugs/added custom script function

【Contents of the fix】
■【Chrome】Fixed a bug in which the header content video on the top page did not fully display.
■【Chrome】Fixed an animation display bug in the header content image slider on the top page.
■【IE】Fixed a problem with the parallax display of images on the top page and fixed page MESSAGE.
■Fixed to reflect WordPress password protection even in custom post “Achievements”.
■Added custom script function in TCD Theme > Basic Settings.
