Fixed multiple bugs

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug in the slider of the fixed page template 2 when there was a field with no image set.
■Fixed a bug that the option “Show linked URLs in a new tab” in the footer “Company Information Settings > Reservation Information” did not work.
■Fixed a bug in the navigation of topics on the top page when viewed from a smartphone.
■Page builder has been updated to ver. 1.2.1.
※This allows for multiple sliders to be placed on the same page.
■Fixed a layout collapse that may occur in IE.
■Corrected the wording in the TCD theme options.
