Optimization and bug fixes for OGP and Quick Tag functions

【Contents of fixes and additional functions】
■Optimized and fixed bugs in the OGP function.
※In addition to fixing the output of OGP tags on all pages, pages that do not have eye catching images, such as archive pages, have been optimized to output alternative images set in the theme options as og:images.
※Fixed a bug to prevent WordPress from using SSL.
■Theme options text has been modified (changed the reference link for “Twitter cards”).
■Added the setting item of Theme Options > “Header bar display position (smartphone)”.
■Fixed code in the “Category List (TCD version)”.
■Added the ability to reflect the style of quick tags in the visual editor.
■Fixed a bug where the same number (total number of comments) was displayed in all comment balloons in Dashboard > Comments > Comment List.
■Updates and bug fixes for the quick tag function
(1) Bug in the text editor that the heading tags inserted when using the heading button are the same (all h3).

(2) Issue where button colors are not reflected when color buttons are inserted in the visual editor.
