Fixed multiple bugs
【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug where the link setting for the top slider image was not applied.
■Fixed a bug that the image inserted in the second block of the top page was displayed in a circular shape.
■Fixed the bug that the staff content is not displayed in the fixed page template 4.
■Fixed an issue where the footer is displayed only when the menu button is pressed.
■Fixed an issue where the default global menu color scheme becomes difficult to see depending on the window width.
