Fixed several bugs and added a sidebar background color setting item

【Contents of fix】
■Fixed a bug that caused unnecessary spaces to appear in the fixed page template depending on the content setting status.
■Fixed a bug in the fixed page template “About” to solve the notice error displayed when no image is set.
■Added “Fixed sidebar background color” setting item to Theme Options > Basic Settings.
■Fixed a bug that the setting of “Font Color” in Theme Options > Fixed Sidebar > Global Menu Settings is not reflected.
■Fixed the bug that the hover style is displayed by tapping the button on the top page scrolling content (when viewed on a smartphone) when there is no button setting.
