Optimization of the smartphone version, addition of several functions and bug fixes

【Contents of fixes and function additions】
■Brush-up and adjustment of the smartphone version design (optimization of image display size, margins, and font size)
■Added fixed footer bar function for smartphones.
■Added “Link text color in the body of the article” setting field to Theme Options > Color Settings.
■Optimized OGP function and fixed bugs.
※OGP tags are now output on all pages, and pages without eye catching images, such as archive pages, are now optimized to output alternative images set in the theme options as og:images.
※Modified for SSL WordPress measures.
■Apply microdata structured markup recommended by google to breadcrumb list code.
■Fixed a bug that the same number (number of comments) is displayed in all comment balloons in Dashboard > Comments > Comment List.
■Changed the wording of theme options (“Theme Options” -> “TCD Theme Options”)
■Updated and fixed bugs in the quick tag function.
(1) Bug in the text editor that the heading tags inserted when using the heading button were all the same (all h3).

(2) Issue where button colors are not reflected when color buttons are inserted in the visual editor.
(Edited file: admin/js/mce-button.js)
(3) Fixed a bug where buttons are displayed twice in the text editor.
※With this fix, it is now possible to use the quick tag feature in theme files alone.
(You no longer need to install the Addquicktag plugin and import the configuration file to use quick tags.)
