Added form setting items and fixed bugs

【Contents of the fix】
■Added support for setting the source address of the auto-reply email when creating a form.
　※In addition to this fix, we have changed the wording of the settings screen and added annotations.
■Fixed a bug that allowed users to submit a form even if the required fields were left blank on the iPhone.
■Fixed a bug that the line feed by inserting a half-width space did not work when inputting contents in creating tables and flows.
　※Fixed a bug in which line breaks did not work when inserting a space when inputting content in creating tables and flows.
