Multiple bug fixes and feature additions
【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug where the slider image would follow the scroll down when the browser width was reduced on the top page.
■Fixed a bug that the top page slider may stop depending on the window size on mobile devices.
■Removed unnecessary dots in the code (functions.php)
■Enabled the Twitter cards function.
